Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a leader in telecommunications with a nationwide retail network. You will drive in-store sales, engage customers through consultative conversations, and close deals with strong communication.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a proven track record of exceeding goals. Benefits include premium medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with 6% match, 5 weeks PTO plus 8 weeks
