Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented retail associate for a store in St. Louis, MO. You will provide outstanding service, help customers with product selections, and process sales orders while adhering to cash handling procedures.

The role supports credit applications and financing matters as needed and aims to meet or exceed sales goals tied to KPIs. Team members participate in opening/closing activities and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
