Job summary

European Wax Center in the Inland Northwest, WA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive sales. You will welcome guests, present savings plans, and close product sales to enhance their waxing experience.

We offer part-time or full-time roles with a starting wage of $17.13 per hour plus performance bonuses every paycheck, plus 401(k) with employer match, product/service discounts, and opportunities for education and advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work morning, closing shifts and at least one weekend day.
• Great, positive attitude and desire to work hard and get paid for results.
• Provide outstanding guest experiences and close sales.

Responsibilities

Required: Ability to work 1 opening morning shift (7:45am-2pm), 1 closing evening shift (1:45pm-8:30pm), and at least 1 weekend day (Saturday 8:15am-4:30pm and/or Sunday 8:45am-4:30pm). Both part time (4 days: 24+ hrs/week) and full time positions (5 days: 32+ hrs/week) are available. Candidates must have a great, positive attitude and a desire to work hard and get paid for results.

A Day in the Life:

• Provide outstanding experience to every guest by phone, by text, and in person
• Welcome guests to EWC, share savings plan details, and provide product information.
• Sell Wax Passes (our savings programs) and receive unlimited bonus based upon sales performance.
• Close sales on products to help guests receive their best waxing experience.
• Work with a great team of associates and leaders to accelerate the success of the store.
