Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Spokane Valley, WA. You will provide outstanding guest experiences in person, by phone, and via text, while promoting Wax Passes and product information. The role offers part‑time and full‑time hours, a competitive hourly wage of $17.13 and bonus opportunities per paycheck, plus 401(k) with employer match and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 1 opening morning shift (7:45am-2pm) and 1 closing evening shift (1:45pm-8:30pm)
• Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Excellent guest service and sales mindset required

Required: Ability to work 1 opening morning shift (7:45am-2pm), 1 closing evening shift (1:45pm-8:30pm), and at least 1 weekend day (Saturday 8:15am-4:30pm and/or Sunday 8:45am-4:30pm). Both part time (4 days: 24+ hrs/week) and full time positions (5 days: 32+ hrs/week) are available. Candidates must have a great, positive attitude and a desire to work hard and get paid for results.

A Day in the Life:

• Provide outstanding experience to every guest by phone, by text, and in person
• Welcome guests to EWC, share savings plan details, and provide product information.
• Sell Wax Passes (our savings programs) and receive unlimited bonus based upon sales performance.
• Close sales on products to help guests receive their best waxing experience.
• Work with a great team of associates and leaders to accelerate the success of the store.
