Guest Service Associate – European Wax Center

Schedule: In Person | Part Time (18‑25 Hours/Week) & Full‑Time (30+ Hours/Week)

Compensation: Base pay + bi‑weekly sales commissions & performance bonuses = Total earning potential of $15–$25/hour

What We Offer

• Base Pay: $12/hr depending on experience
• Commission Potential: Earn $5–$8/hr extra with Wax Pass sales
• Additional Performance Bonuses: Up to $90 per pay period
• Average Total Pay:
  • $15–$20/hr: Entry‑level or early career in retail/hospitality
  • $19–$25/hr: 1–3 years' experience with a proven sales track record
