Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver value to AAA members by promoting memberships, insurance referrals, and travel planning services. You will assist customers with hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages while staying within a friendly, fast-paced environment.

The role offers a stable full-time schedule, no Sundays, competitive hourly pay with monthly incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) matching, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.

Responsibilities

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

• Hourly Pay: $15.54 – $19.88. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate
