EZPAWN in Tulsa, OK is hiring Retail Sales Associates / Retail Customer Service. Begin as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program and earn a 0.50 raise to Pawnbroker upon completion.

Advance through our Pawnbroker Certification Program and promotion tracks to Lead Pawnbroker and Store Manager in Training. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) a plus.
• Sales background a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
