Role Overview

In this fast‑paced airport environment, Sales Associates are expected to engage travelers quickly and meaningfully, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, urgency, and genuine hospitality. This role is essential in creating a seamless shopping experience for millions of travelers passing through one of the busiest airports in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Hospitality

• Maintain strong knowledge of current promotions, products, and store highlights


• Assist customers in selecting travel essentials and impulse purchase items


• Support store sales goals through consistent selling behavior and customer interaction


• Deliver a fast, efficient checkout experience while maintaining accuracy

Store Operations & Execution

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor at all times


• Assist with inventory control, replenishment, and product rotation


• Support merchandising standards and ensure proper product presentation


• Perform general store maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment


• Follow all operational procedures to support smooth daily store function

Teamwork & Performance Standards

• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to support store goals


• Communicate effectively during shift changes and peak travel periods


• Support a positive team environment focused on respect, reliability, and accountability


• Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and airport regulations


• Perform additional duties as assigned
