Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, and give correct change according to procedures
• Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising philosophy and procedures to maintain standards
• Prepare merchandise for sale floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts throughout the day
• Maintain organizational standards for the sales floor and store cleanliness
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs to maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
