EZCORP, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members in San Antonio to lead service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Starting as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program with raises and potential promotions, you can advance through certifications and the Pawnbroker path. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and work independently or in a team.

Follow the Career Path and apply for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6‑month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.

Duties

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
• Processing sales, loans, and extensions
• Performing opening and closing store duties

Requirements

• As a member of our customer service team you must be self‑motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. Excelling at customer service and relationship building will take you far in your career with EZCORP.
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well independently and as member of a team
• Ability to multitask
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer)
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus
