EZPawn is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member to deliver exceptional service and support in a fast-paced pawnbroker environment. The role offers a structured growth path from Trainee to Pawnbroker with certification programs and promotions based on performance.

Start as a Trainee, earn a $0.50 raise on completion of the training, and progress through the Pawnbroker Certification Program to increase pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as a team member.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test after conditional offer.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of common pawned items is a plus.

Follow the Career Path and apply for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
