EZCORP, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker). You will help customers with sales, loans, and pawn items in a fast-paced store.

The role emphasizes service excellence and growth opportunities within EZPAWN, Value Pawn & Jewelry, and other EZCORP brands. Starting as a Trainee in a paid training program, you will earn a $.50 raise and a promotion after completion, with a progression to Pawnbroker and Lead Pawnbroker, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Here’s what you can expect as a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker): This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.

Other Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker): duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
• Processing sales, loans, and extensions
• Performing opening and closing store duties

Requirements for the Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) role include:

As a member of our customer service team you must be self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. Excelling at customer service and relationship building will take you far in your career with EZCORP. Additional requirements for the role include:
