Full-time Retail Sales Associate needed at Walmart 2446 – Quakertown, PA. Immediate hire, first‑sale bonus, paid training, and next‑day pay available. This role focuses on promoting NRG electricity and gas products within the store.

Responsibilities

• Work within the local retailer to engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower energy costs by identifying their needs and providing solutions.
• Learn to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Welcome customers, courteously offer solutions, and be knowledgeable about products.
• Assist customers at displays, suggest products that fit their needs, and build confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Submit paperwork completely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized workstation and kiosk.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
