Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange of Pittsburgh is seeking enthusiastic, sales-driven associates who love fine teas, gourmet spices, and connecting with people. You will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and turn conversations into personalized recommendations that inspire discovery and grow sales. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Expect a pay rate of $14.00–$18.00 per hour. You’ll welcome customers, share our unique collection, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations.
