The Spice & Tea Exchange ® in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help guests discover spices, teas, and gourmet blends while providing a warm, inviting shopping experience.

You’ll learn our products, answer questions, stock displays, assist with packaging, and process transactions at the POS. A customer‑first attitude and reliability are valued assets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and set a welcoming tone.

• Support store displays, restocking and maintaining a clean environment.
• Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging small-batch products.

What you'll do

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and our signature greeting – setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
• Support store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
