Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate for our retail team in Mumford, TX. You will provide outstanding service to customers and guests, process sales orders accurately, and help customers with credit applications and financing matters as needed.

You will also contribute to achieving sales goals, adhere to cash handling protocols, and support opening and closing store duties, including cash reconciliation and daily prep.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to lift/pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aide customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.


• At least 18 years old


• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred


• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred


• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
