Texas EZPAWN L.P. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service team member to provide outstanding service, handle sales, loans, and extensions, and support daily store operations.

You will start in a paid training program with opportunities for advancement through the Pawnbroker Certification Program and beyond. The role offers competitive pay, uncapped bonus potential, and benefits, including health coverage, a 401(k) match, PTO, and store discounts.

Continue to grow your skills by entering our Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour. Excel and explore opportunities to promote to the Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) position. Follow the Career Path and apply for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
