EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member (Pawnbroker) in Mission, TX. Start as a trainee in a 5-week paid program, with a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.

Progress to the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1 per hour and potential promotion to Lead Pawnbroker. You will interact with customers daily, facilitating sales and pawn negotiations on items such as jewelry and electronics, with opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

What You Can Expect

This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.

Requirements
