EZCORP is seeking Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members to join EZPAWN in Laredo, Texas. You will interact with customers, process sales and loans in a fast-paced environment with competitive pay and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality and a strong work ethic.
