EZCORP is hiring for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in Texas. You will help customers with sales and pawn loans, participate in a 5-week paid training, and progress through certification and leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Customer service, cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.

• Follow the Career Path and apply for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store

Here’s what you can expect as a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker)

This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.

Other Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
• Processing sales, loans, and extensions
• Performing opening and closing store duties
