Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented role in Texas to deliver outstanding guest experiences in-store. You will process sales, assist with store operations, and support inventory and loss-prevention efforts. A friendly, reliable approach and willingness to meet sales targets are essential.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are 18+, and legally authorized to work in the US. Roles involve lifting tasks and standing for shifts.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
