Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store organized and welcoming for customers and donors.

You will greet customers, process sales, balance the till, restock, and maintain clean displays while supporting daily sales goals with teammates. Prior retail experience is helpful and a flexible schedule is required.

Pay: $13.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: 20 hours per week. Flexible scheduling required. Monday - Saturday days, evenings, and weekends

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do
