Job summary

The LEGO Group in Houston is seeking store team members to greet guests, handle all cash register functions and deliver a signature, friendly experience at our LEGO stores.

You will keep a clean, safe, visually stimulating environment, maintain displays to LEGO Brand Retail standards and assist in the stockroom while following safety rules.

The compensation includes an hourly wage of $18.40–$19.90, with benefits and a hybrid work policy described during the offer.

• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $18.40 - $19.90 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
