Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an enthusiastic store associate in Harrells, NC to greet guests, handle checkout, and keep the store clean and visually engaging. You will support LEGO Brand Retail standards and assist with stockroom tasks while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day, with hybrid policy for the team. The role offers a supportive environment and growth within a globally loved brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and operate cash register, delivering a friendly and professional experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe and visually engaging store environment and displays.
• Assist in stockroom receiving and upkeep, abiding by safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information/merchandise through the register system.
• Work varied hours, including nights and weekends as business dictates.
• Access all store areas including sales floor, stock areas, register area and loading dock.
• Physical: move, stand and lift up to 30 lbs; flexible for shifts up to 25 hours/week with at least one weekend day.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and delivering LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations

• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
• Physical specifications Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Availability must span at least three days. Being scheduled for 25 hours is not required.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 to $20.50 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 - $21.50 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
