Job summary

Quality Talent Group’s client, a leader in telecommunications, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to drive in-store sales and build relationships with customers across a nationwide network. You will engage customers, recommend solutions, and close sales while supporting merchandising and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience (work or military).
• Strong background in sales or commission-based sales within retail or related industries.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule set 4 weeks in advance).
• Ability to pick up extra shifts during peak retail periods.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
