Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers and maintain store appearance, focusing on front-end operations and top-notch service.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and use knowledge of promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs and merchandise presentation. You can expect a team-focused, fast-paced environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

The Retail Sales Associate assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
