Job summary

Batteries Plus is looking for a Store Associate to greet customers, identify needs, and recommend products while performing sales and basic store operations. You’ll support technical services like battery testing and installations, stock shelves, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate transactions, and teamwork with a focus on customer satisfaction and everyday reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform regular standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
