Job summary

The Spice & Tea Exchange at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate. You will greet guests, answer questions, and guide customers to our spice blends and teas, sharing knowledge with enthusiasm.

You will help with displays, stock, and light blending/packaging tasks, while processing transactions at the register. Ideal candidates are passionate about food and flavor, friendly, and comfortable using a POS system.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
• Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
