Quality Talent Group is partnering with a major telecommunications retailer to hire a Retail Sales Associate in Dell Rapids, SD. You will leverage an interest in technology to grow in-store sales, engage customers through consultative conversations, and match products to customer goals.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales or commission-based sales within retail or related industries

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule set 4 weeks in advance)
