Hudson at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is hiring for a full-time, on-site associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. You may assist customers, stock shelves, process transactions, and ensure the store remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Help others by understanding customer needs and delivering an amazing customer service experience and assist your team with general stock duties such as picking orders and pricing product
• Work any shift, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Work a full‑time schedule
• Work at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
• Acknowledge and greet customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management
• Know the store layout to assist customers in selecting product and answer their questions about the store
• Operate the cash register effectively
• Follow company policies, cash‑handling procedures, and store loss‑prevention procedures
• Communicate pricing, out‑of‑date, and inventory issues with management
• Protect company assets, stock merchandise in stores and backrooms
• Isolate, sort, and organize damaged and outdated products and returns, and inform management of out‑of‑stock situations
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized store, including sweeping, dusting, straightening merchandise, and trash removal
• Place stock orders, receive freight, load, and unload trucks
• Provide ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
• Assist in inventory and reconcile inventory variances
• Perform related work as assigned
