Great Floors is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth while upholding our company's high standards of service and quality.
This role focuses on listening to customers, identifying the best flooring solutions to meet their needs, and successfully completing sales transactions while adhering to established credit policies. Responsibilities include managing all communications, logistics, and transactional aspects of orders, regardless of size or complexity, to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The position also requires growing retail business through relationship building, consistent follow-up, and proactive prospecting for new opportunities through referrals, real estate agents, owner-builders, remodelers, insurance and restoration contacts, leads, and past customers. Additionally, the role is expected to meet or exceed established sales goals, develop a strong understanding of company operations, accounting and credit policies, and job management processes, while supporting and leveraging the company's strengths in its product offerings, policies, and procedures.
