Job summary

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Clewiston. You will help customers, operate registers, and keep the store welcoming and organized.

The role requires cash handling, POS familiarity, and willingness to assist with donations and backdoor operations. High school diploma encouraged, prior retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash, and utilizing cash registers, credit card machines, and POS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Ability to stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items; lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Standing for long periods and exposure to varying temperatures.

Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Employment Type: Part-Time / Hourly

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help create a welcoming shopping and donation experience for our community. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to assist wherever needed. This role includes helping customers on the sales floor, operating registers and processing transactions, and being cross-trained to support backdoor donation operations to ensure an efficient and positive experience for customers and donors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
