Job summary

PUMA North America Inc. is seeking a capable Retail Associate in Castle Rock, CO. You will deliver excellent customer experiences, handle transactions, maintain store presentation, and help manage inventory with a team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities include operating at the cash wrap, ensuring visual standards, and complying with all policies. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience.
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and comply with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures and core operational competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly,

Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed,

Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,

Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,

Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.

The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $15.16 - $18.16 + Benefits
