Job summary

PUMA Hershey is seeking a retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service at our Hershey store. You will handle sales transactions, assist with stock and stockroom organization, and ensure the store remains clean and compliant with visual standards.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in retail, strong teamwork, and basic MS Office familiarity. You may work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, with a base pay in the stated range plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store according to brand standards.
• Through effective customer service, strive to meet or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising guidance.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock control tasks.
• Assist with stock levels, inventory counts, and product availability.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Note: may include non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly,


• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards,


• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise,


• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed,


• Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities,


• Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,


• Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position.


• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred,


• Strong team player,


• Ability to learn quickly,


• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs,


• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The base pay for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 + Benefits
