Responsibilities

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact: wear your badge with pride, greet teammates, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and ready for customers.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay up‑to‑date on trends and promotions.
• Focus on the customer on the floor: offer a warm welcome, maintain eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves when needed.
• Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending each interaction with a sincere thank‑you that uses the customer’s name.
• Support one another with honesty, care and collaboration so we can best serve our customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence: improve everyday, take pride in work, pursue sales goals and learn from each other.

Who You Are / Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies, safety rules and procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful, eager to start new ventures, and can adapt to changing priorities; capable of independent work and strong teamwork.
• Comfortable with electronic devices and technology.

Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform

• Talk, lift, constantly move, stand and reach with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders; reach, including above eye level.
• Require close vision, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register and the ability to process register transactions.
