Job Overview

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You understand each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact.
• Greet teammates, keep the sales floor clean and organized, and prepare the space for customers.
• Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top‑selling items, trends, and promotions.
• On the floor, focus on the customer—offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations that build relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Finish Strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you and the customer’s name.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers and communities.
• Strive to improve every day, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Who You Are

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and adapt to changing priorities; able to work independently and in a team.
• Handle electronic devices with no problem.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
