ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. This entry‑level retail role focuses on customer connections, fashion, comfort, and offers flexibility and growth opportunities.

COMPENSATION RATE

Starting Rate: $15.50. Range: $15.50 – $16.44.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Customer Service: Engage customers, provide personalized advice, and ensure each customer finds the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals; develop sales skills and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; lift items up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and leave customers with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
