About The Role

As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. Compensation Rate

STARTING RATE: $17.50

HOURLY PAY RANGE: $17.50 – $18.57

What You Will Do

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice and ensure each customer leaves with the perfect choice. Exceptional service is a top priority.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals, developing sales skills and product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Keep the store organized by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This includes lifting up to 50 lbs and standing most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments and ensure a positive final impression for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers’ latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
