Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Arnold, MO is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

You will greet customers, operate the register, restock merchandise, and work with teammates to meet daily sales goals. Training is provided, including hands-on register procedures and ongoing coaching.

• Operate the register and process sales transactions accurately
• Help open, close, and balance the register as assigned
• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and easy to shop
• Help sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized
• Work with team members to support daily sales and production goals

Job description

Location: Arnold, MO

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: 19 to 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
