Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a part-time role with a 25-hour weekly schedule. Pay is $15.00 per hour and you will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling sales, stocking displays, and keeping the store organized. Training, team support, and employee discounts accompany a mission-driven workplace.

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to provide great customer service, keep the store organized, and help create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

What You’ll Do
