Job summary

Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club, LLC is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at Honda Center. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise questions, restock displays, and process sales using Retail Pro systems. A positive, professional appearance is expected, with available day/evening/weekend shifts.

The role reports to the Retail Store Manager within the Merchandise division, offering an engaging, fast-paced, fan-focused environment at a premier venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 Year.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fan-friendly attitude and a professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and assist guests with inquiries regarding merchand ise
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor inventory
• Complete sales through Retail Pro systems and/or event cash handling
• Process various payment types and balance cash register/bank when opening and closing sales location
• Provide courteous and professional customer service

Pay Details:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

The Merchandise Division at Honda Center is a fast‑paced sports/event driven retail environment which strives to provide the highest customer service standards. Merchandise Sales Associates must ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment.

This position is a part‑time, non‑exempt position within the Merchandise division of Honda Center reporting directly to the Retail Store Manager.
