Job summary

Lifetime Products is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Idaho. You will lead daily store operations, develop a team of sales associates, and deliver excellent customer service. The role includes managing merchandising, inventory, and training with a focus on growth opportunities within the Lifetime family.

This full-time position offers benefits, a nine-thirty to seven schedule Monday through Saturday, and Sundays off with profit sharing and employee discounts on Lifetime products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Idaho driver’s license.
• Ability to work Saturdays and holidays and pass a background check.
• Full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Hire and develop new team members; coach and train sales associates.
• Load customer orders after forklift certification and ensure safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store culture.
• Drive personal and team sales metrics to improve performance.
