Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an energetic Sales Assistant to join our client's team in Welkom. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to gain experience in customer interaction and sales support within a retail environment.

You will assist customers, maintain store presentation, and support the sales team in achieving daily goals. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about customer service, reliable, and able to work both on-site and in remote administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and selection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist with restocking shelves and ensuring attractive displays.
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including remote data entry or online order fulfillment.
