Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ for some roles)
• Retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters per safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across departments
• Help customers locate items and answer questions to aid their shopping
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain backroom organization
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy and restore displays as needed
