Albertsons Companies in Billings, MT is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member. You will help customers, stock shelves, and maintain appealing displays while rotating products and keeping backrooms organized.

Daily tasks involve pricing updates, assisting with restocking, and ensuring clean, safe store operations across departments. A customer-focused, flexible team player thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years or older depending on role).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Help customers locate items and answer questions to support a welcoming store environment.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and maintain displays across departments.
• Assist with backroom organization and general store upkeep throughout the shift.
