You’ll complete orders, process finance where needed, and work with the team to meet KPIs, while keeping the showroom welcoming and well-presented. A real people person with energy and motivation will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is an advantage but not a game-changer.
• Must be a real people person with ability to learn quickly.
• Confident working in a team and delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and help them choose furniture for their home.
• Process customer orders and finance applications accurately.
• Drive personal sales and KPIs to meet targets.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Keep showrooms clean and presentable; move furniture as needed.
• Create a warm, friendly, and safe showroom environment.
