Bob’s Discount Furniture seeks a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver world-class service and help customers realize their home décor dreams. The role supports full-time or part-time schedules in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with uncapped commissions and competitive pay.

You’ll engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and use digital tools and POS systems to complete transactions while maintaining an inviting showroom and strong follow-up with clients.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Physical Demands: Stand for long periods and move showroom; lift up to 50 lbs.
