Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and accurate payment transactions required.
• Comfort with personal tech including mobile devices and basic computer applications.
• Basic math skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency; strong communication.
• Familiar with goal- and incentive-based environments; team oriented.
• Self-motivated with desire to exceed sales goals; strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
• Enhance customer experience and meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on products.
• Build relationships, listen effectively, and handle objections.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere and store cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively in person, on the phone and in writing.
