Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser/Delivery Driver to service client locations by stocking vending machines and micro-markets. You will drive a company vehicle, maintain inventory, and Upsell products while building customer relationships.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and friendly client interaction across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Lift 50 pounds and physical ability for route work.
• 21+ years for DOT requirements.
• Preferred merchandising experience; Route/DOT experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products per store layouts and promotions; roll-out promotions and report feedback.
• Maintain inventory levels; restock shelves, coolers, coffee and snacks.
• Load/unload products; follow safety protocols on transfers.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver merchandise; communicate with management.
• Collect money from kiosks; follow cash-handling and loss-prevention protocols.
• Record transactions on handheld device; monitor product shelf life.
• Review inventory needs with warehouse; ensure products ready for delivery.
• Inspect food quality, greet clients professionally and upsell where appropriate.
• Complete full inventory counts as designated and finalize route walk-through.
