Danta Technologies in Westlake, OH is seeking a Retail Retalix Solution Specialist (L2 Support Engineer) to support, administer, troubleshoot, and maintain the Retalix Retail and POS ecosystem across store environments.

The role ensures high availability of POS systems, back-office applications, payment integrations, fuel operations, inventory management, and store systems to enable uninterrupted retail business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Retalix POS and BOS in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Retalix POS, BOS, and retail applications.
• Troubleshoot incidents related to sales, promotions, pricing, inventory and store operations.
• Support cashier workstations, POS terminals, store controllers and peripherals.
• Investigate transaction failures, system performance, and data synchronization issues.
• Coordinate with Service Desk (L1), Infrastructure Teams, and Vendors for resolution.
• Participate in Major Incident Management and bridge calls.
